Patty Yu, DO, is double board-certified in general surgery and critical care medicine and is a partner at Surgical Specialists of NY. She provides patients with individualized care at the three New York City offices in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, the Astoria area of Queens, and the Bayside neighborhood in Flushing.

At Surgical Specialists of NY, Dr. Yu specializes in general surgery, acute care surgery, hernia surgery, gallbladder surgery, and breast surgery. She ensures her patients understand their condition and always answers any questions they may have.

Dr. Yu received her medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency training in general surgery at Flushing Hospital Medical Center.
