For new patients: Please contact us to set up an appointment. An EMU Health staff member will follow up with you to schedule your initial appointment and provide access to the patient portal. For subsequent visits, you will be able to use the patient portal.

For existing patients, we offer a patient portal through which you can access your medical records, request new appointments, view upcoming ones, request prescription refills, receive specialty referrals, communicate with our doctor, and much more. To get access, all you need is your pre-assigned login name and password, which can be requested by calling (718) 850-4368, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm (excluding public holidays).
