EMU Health ServicesEMU Health is proud to welcome Dr. Blobstein, a dedicated pediatric dentist who combines expertise with a caring, hands-on approach. Dr. Blobstein earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology with honors from Touro College, and he completed his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where he also served as president of Alpha Omega.
Before specializing in pediatric dentistry, Dr. Blobstein completed a one-year general dentistry residency at Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn, gaining broad experience across all age groups. He then completed an additional two-year pediatric dentistry residency at Woodhull, where he received extensive training in all aspects of pediatric care, including dental rehabilitation under general anesthesia.
Dr. Blobstein is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, New York Dental Association, and Second District Dental Association. He holds Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support certifications from the American Heart Association, ensuring the highest level of safety and care for his young patients.
Outside of work, Dr. Blobstein enjoys spending time with his wife and children and has a knack for tinkering around the house. His own kids have helped him master the art of patience—a quality he brings to every interaction with his patients at EMU Health.
