Parnian Yazdi, DMD

Dr. Parnian Yazdi is a board-certified pediatric dentist and a diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD). She is highly trained in all aspects of pediatric dentistry, with a special focus on behavior management and minimally invasive treatment techniques. Dr. Yazdi emphasizes prevention strategies and dietary counseling to address the root causes of dental issues. She also provides dental care using nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and offers full-mouth rehabilitation under sedation for more anxious pediatric patients.

Dr. Yazdi earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Boston University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She then moved to New York to complete her pediatric dentistry residency. Originally from sunny Southern California, she holds a degree in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics from UCLA.

Since joining EMU Health in 2022, Dr. Yazdi has been dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to pediatric patients. She loves what she does and is proud to be part of the EMU Health team.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Yazdi enjoys yoga, meditation, and exploring hidden gems around the city. She welcomes all pediatric dental patients and looks forward to helping children achieve healthy, happy smiles.
