He earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Timisoara, Romania.
Academic Contributions
Dr. Dinescu has served as Residency Program Director for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Broward Health in Florida and at One Brooklyn Health - Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center. He is a past president of the New York Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
