Erick R. Kazarian, M.D. is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in the treatment of spinal conditions and disorders.
Dr. Kazarian received his bachelor’s degree in molecular biology from Princeton University and completed his medical degree from the University of Michigan. He then completed his Orthopedic Residency training at Harvard University, working in distinguished hospitals including Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Boston Children’s Hospital. Dr. Kazarian subsequently completed a Spine Surgery fellowship at Mayo Clinic, where he developed experience with standard and minimally invasive operative techniques and modern innovative techniques.
Dr. Kazarian is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine. He has presented nationally on topics related to conditions of the spine, specifically cervical stenosis. Dr. Kazarian has also authored numerous publications and continues ongoing research on topics, including developing guidelines for the treatment of cervical spinal-related injuries.
