A native of Saudi Arabia, Dr. Smiley started pursuing her college education at the University of Toledo in Toledo, OH, earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She then went on to achieve her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
